Mast Cell Tumors, Melanoma, Lymphoma, Bone Cancer (Osteosarcoma), Hemangiosarcoma
Cancer is a terrible illness that has claimed the lives of many pets and people, and pharmaceutical medicine is nowhere near a cure. Currently, most efforts are aimed at managing and reducing cancer symptoms. This has led many cancer researchers and doctors to pursue different medicinal and natural approaches to cancer treatment. One strange yet potentially effective solution is Fenbendazole, a low-cost and very safe dewormer.
What is Fenbendazole?
Fenbendazole is a veterinary medication used for intestinal parasite removal in cats and dogs. Fenbendazole is best known as the counter medication Panacur C. This canine deworming medication has made a name for itself through its excellent use as a cancer treatment for many types of cancer.
Why Does Fenbendazole Have Anti-Cancer Properties?
Microtubules are critical to cell function by providing the necessary structures for the cell to function. As a benzimidazole, Fenbendazole inhibits microtubule polymerization. This means that Fenbendazole can help starve out certain cancers by limiting their spread and growth, potentially allowing the patient to overcome them.
Of course, that is a gross oversimplification. Many studies are being performed on Fenbendazole, and it is too early to state the efficacy of the medication. However, it is also important to state that there have been cases of usage on both animals and people, resulting in a reduction or remission of many cancer types.
For more information on Fenbendazole, dosing, and other information, we have written a post prior that offers a reasonably extensive overview on the topic matter.
The Story of Joe Tippens
Joe Tippens has perhaps the most well-known success story for Fenbendazole. Having heard about the alternative use of Fenbendazole from a scientist who was studying it, he successfully pushed his small cell lung cancer into remission on a regimen now known as the Tippens protocol. It is important to note that there are no notable side effects to Fenbendazole in humans or animals, so cats and humans can take the medication (intended for canines).
Joe has been very vocal about his success with Fenbendazole and his routine and speaking openly of the many people who have similarly attempted taking the medication for them or their pets and saw results. Fenbendazole is a safe alternative to fighting cancer that comes from unlikely origins.
Does Fenbendazole Work for Dogs and Cats?
Fenbendazole is an effective cancer treatment for dogs and cats. As an anthelminthic (a deworming medication), the drug is often applied in labs where studies are performed on rodents. Well-known research chronicles Fenbendazole’s unexpected effects on the progress and incidence of cancer in lab animals. In other words, through ordinary efforts to keep subjects free of pinworms, researchers noticed that certain cancers failed to grow in the mice treated with Fenbendazole. As a result, many pet owners have come forward saying the medication has helped their pet with cancer help fight it into remission.
“I just wanted to thank you so much for your support and very helpful advice one year ago. On this day last year I was advised that Rosie’s laryngeal adenocarcinoma was blocking 80 percent of her trachea and she was placed on palliative care by the Specialist Vet in Sydney. Your support and advice gave me the encouragement I was searching for to keep trying to make Rosie well. I am so happy to report that Rosie is still with us and is doing really well. I am still keeping up her regime of supplements and have, since January, been able to reduce her prednisolone dosage down to 3/4 tablet (one tablet is 5mg). Just a couple of days ago she was running around in the hall playing football with a little ball with a bell in it. It is now over 28 months since she was first diagnosed with laryngeal adenocarcinoma. I have just placed another order with Vitality Science for supplements for Rosie so that we can keep up the good fight. Many thanks again for your wonderful support and advice throughout the past couple of years. It is so much appreciated. Kind regards, Carolyne”

We found a knot deep in the thigh muscle of my 11.5 yo male lead lab mix, Boaz. The vet says it’s deep enough that it would be a tough biopsy & even tougher surgery on him. But is surmising it’s a hemangiosarcoma. Boaz had a difficult ’24 with the removal of a couple of large lipomas, & then a bad snake bite 2 weeks later. All of these had some difficulty healing. The snake bite, on his elbow, has really just healed completely over. I want to do right by him & funding your site & info about treating cancer has encouraged me. If we were to start him on the dewormer, what dose & protocol? He’s 60#. And I’m assuming to add the gold products. Thank you.
Hi Jamye,
Sorry to hear about the rough time for Boaz.
I’ll be brief in my answers. Call or email for more info.
Most dogs 30lbs Use fenben (safeguard or panacur for dogs or goats) at a dose of 1200mg 1x a day.
3 days on and 4 days off to start.
Watch out for positive Paeleative improvements or no problems. Only side effects that make it not worth it are loss of appetite or liquid diarrhea.
You have to serve fenben with food and a dietary oil at 1 tsp so the fenben digests well. Without oil it doesn’t get into the bloodstream.
If there is any bleeding from this hamengeosaecoma , do not use the gold protocol because the Celloquent gold has a blood thinning ingredient called curcumin that reduces clotting so bleeding would increase if there was any.. Instead use the original green label Advanced Immune restoration protocol , and buy the hemp seed CBD oil on the side.
You’re going to need large sizes of our products to make it through a month.
You continue this protocol for 5 weeks and then reevaluate how it’s going, and you can continue at least 6 months from there.
Thanks
Warmly
Robin
What is the dosage and length of time for a cat?
Hi Andi. Most cats take 200 mg per 10 lb, and that depends on how they react to the medicine. Some can take more, and some can’t tolerate that basic dose.
Most take it once a day, at least 3 days a week and sometimes 7 days a week.

Robin
Hi,
My vet thinks my 17 year old cat has a tumor somewhere behind his eye (tear duct perhaps) and recommended I take him home and let him live out his life. He is acting a bit reserved but eating well and has lots of discharge coming from his eye. He has preexisting kidney disease which has been relatively stable this past year. Would this protocol work for a cat with kidney problems, and if so what would the dosage be?
Janine
Hi Janine.
You could do this protocol for your cat with kidney problems.
Combine the three products of the advanced immune restoration gold protocol with liquid goat safeguard/fenbendazole.
You didn’t tell me her weight, but if she is 5 lbs use 1 ml, if she is 10 lb of two, And if she’s 20 lb use four ml. The approximate dosage is 200 mg of the drug per 10 lb and it’s measured differently from product to product. Safeguard for goats is a flavorless liquid and this is the easiest one to give to cats.
Make sure to combine it with some oil, that could be coconut oil(any dietary oil is ok) or Vital Pet lipids from us(A I R protocol), some sort of dietary oil is necessary for the fenbendazole to get into the bloodstream.
As long as there is no diarrhea or loss of appetite the fenbendazole is safe to give 7 days a week, some people do 3 days on and 4 days off. If they feel obviously better when you’re giving the fenbendazole, don’t worry about taking any days off.
The advanced immune restoration gold protocol comes with detailed instructions.
Call in for more detailed instructions if you have more questions
Warmly
Robin
Also, is there any issues with giving him this protocol when he is taking Depo Medrol injections?
Janine
No. There shouldn’t be any problem combining depomedrol with our advanced immune restoration gold products nor with Fenbendazole. Alot of folk do this.
Don’t introduce or change more than one thing in a day or two, so you don’t end up confused if they show a change.
What is the dosage and duration of Fenben for a 10yr 95lb Mastiff/Rottweiler with osteosarcoma?
Would other supplements pair well with it in helping our girl!??
Hi Cara
The general deworming dosage for Fenbendazole, aka panacur safeguard is 200 mg per 10 lb equaling 1800 mg approximately for your dog. Give three days on 4 days off to gauge any side effects in the beginning, if it’s going good you could do 7 days a week. The best deal and purest product for this drug comes from thehappyhealingstore it’s called fenben pure.

Use the advanced immune restoration gold protocol as well alongside so it gets in the bloodstream and penetrates tissue. You could use all of these together 7 days a week. Get a large size. Here’s a link.

Look at artemisinin as well. It’s more helpful against osteosarcoma.
That dosage is 2 to 15 mg per pound.
Get liquid liposomal artemisinin for syringing. There are powders and pills also.
