Herbal Anti-Inflammatory - Herbal Remedy for Dogs and Cats
Anti Parasitic Herbal Drops
Herbal Anti-Inflammatory is uniquely constructed to be highly effective and yet gentle.
The three ingredients: Venus Flytrap, Yucca, and Licorice demonstrate the careful balancing of herbal effects. The Yucca is slightly laxative. The Venus Fly Trap is slightly constipating. And, the licorice balances and harmonized these two actions.
Along with the effect on the GI tract, there is a pronounced effect on pathogens throughout the animals body. Yucca is widely used in its whole plant form as an anti-parasitic.
In the concentrated herbal extract Yucca outperforms pharmaceutical drugs against Coccidia, Listeria, and Giardia.
Venus Fly Trap has had books written on its benefits. In Germany it is widely prescribed for everything from cancer to MS.
Many of our customers rely on Herbal Anti-Inflammatory to treat a variety of pathological states.
Herbal Anti-Inflammatory tonifies and disinfects the gastrointestinal and urinary tracts of cats and dogs that have:
Gastrointestinal infections of unknown origin
Urinary Tract Infections
Treatment-resistant itching and scratching is where no natural or chemical remedy other than steroids is effective. Other than those cases caused by food or flea allergies, this can often be controlled by
Herbal Anti-Inflammatory 10-20 drops, 2-3x daily for each 0-20 pounds weight.
Cats (less than 20 lb.) 2 drops once or in acute cases twice a day. In resistant cases the amount can safely be raised to 10 drops twice a day.
Dogs (1-20 lbs.) 2 drops once or in acute cases twice a day. In resistant cases the amount can safely be raised to 10 drops twice a day. Dogs (20-50 lbs.) 4 drops once or in acute cases twice a day. In resistant cases the amount can safely be raised to 20 drops twice a day.
While Herbal Anti-Inflammatory is perfectly safe to take over longer periods, stop after stabilization is achieved to maintain effectiveness. Do not use of pregnant or nursing animals as the licorice is slightly abortive.
Almost all tinctures are made with alcohol because of its superior ability to extract plant compounds. Herbal Anti-Inflammatory is 45% alcohol. While cats are sensitive to alcohol, the tiny amounts recommended are very safe for almost all cats. However, a few cats may be more sensitive. To remove most of the alcohol, boil water. Place shot glass in boiling water till heated. Remove shot glass, quickly dry. Then put Herbal Anti-Inflammatory drops in glass. Wait a few minutes and most of the alcohol will evaporated.
Venus Fly Trap is one of the fascinating secrets of the nutraceutical world. In Germany, a standardized solution of this plant is used in the treatment of chronic diseases, including most forms of cancer, ulcerative colitis, multiple sclerosis, all types of herpes infections, chronic arthritis and almost any immune deficiency state, including AIDS. In cases of cancer, its proponents claim it works to shrink solid tumors.
Because it is such an ancient plant, extracting the nitrogen from insects instead of the soil, its enzymes are highly specialized proteins. These protein enzymes are capable of digesting pathogenic protein structures, such as those causing chronic digestive disorders and irregular cellular growth.
Apparently, the highest levels of government and industry are aware of the work done with Venus Fly Trap. Following the removal of malignant polyps from his colon, President Ronald Reagan sent to Nordhalben, Germany for an herbal extract to take as a preventive against his cancer's spread. Thereafter, he drank 30 drops of this extract, Carnivora, in a glass of purified water or herb tea four times a day, according to records kept by the extract's German manufacturer.
The ground breaking work on Venus Flytrap was done by Dr. Helmut Keller. He did the original research at Boston College. He was forced by FDA regulations on cancer research to return to Germany where he works to this day.
Yucca: Antiseptic & Antiparasitic
Yucca schidigera is a medicinal plant native to Mexico. According to folk medicine, yucca extracts have anti-arthritic and anti-inflammatory effects. The plant contains several physiologically active phytochemicals. It is a rich source of steroida saponins.
Saponins have diverse biological effects, including anti-protozoal activity. Protozoa diseases in which part of the life cycle occurs in the gastrointestinal tract respond to the anti-protozoal activity of the saponins in Yucca.
Yucca powder and yucca extract are used as animal feed additives. Beneficial effects in livestock and poultry production include: increased growth rate and improved feed conversion efficiency, reduction in atmospheric ammonia in confinement animal and poultry facilities, anti-protozoal and nematocidal activity, modification of ruminal microbe populations, inhibition of Gram-positive bacteria, reductions in stillbirths in swine, and anti-arthritic activity in horses and dogs.
Yucca products have GRAS status, so are FDA-approved for use in humans.
Yucca saponins are as effective as the drug metronidazole in killing tropozoites of Giardia lamblia in the intestine (McAllister TA, Annett CB, Cockwill CL, Olson ME, Yang Y, Cheeke PR: Studies on the use of Yucca schidigera to control giardiasis. Vet Parasit 2001, 97:85-99.).
Licorice: Soothing & Healing
Licorice Root is known as The Great Harmonizer because of its ability to make all other herbs work more effectively. Licorice is the second most prescribed herb in China, where it is suggested for treatment of the spleen, liver and kidney. Rhizomes in Licorice have a high mucilage content which, when mixed with water or used in cough drops, soothes irritated mucous membranes. Today, herbal preparations containing Licorice Root are used to treat stomach and intestinal ulcers, lower acid levels and coat the stomach wall with a protective gel.

''I have a 5 year old part siamese cat that has had digestive problems for much of the past four years.
He is an indoor cat. He has not been able to eat canned cat food for years without immediately throwing it up. He also throws up most of his dry food.
He has this problem 2 or 3 times a day. This past month he has also had explosive diarreha. I found your website from google search.
I ordered the herbal anti-inflamatory and the pet flora. It helped immediately. The vomiting and diarreha became much less; some days with no messes at all.
I have now quit giving him the herbal anti-inflamatory and have tried to give him the pet flora only every 3 days.
This seems to be too long for him to go w/o pet flora as he has had vomiting and diarreha again.
I also, as your literature that was included with the order indicated, found cat food w/o corn, wheat, or soy and have also taken away cholorinated water.
Sam still has loose stools and several messy BMs per day. I have reordered the pet flora and also ordered the super pet enzymes.
Amazing enough Sam is a healthly cat with a nice personality. His weight is good and his coat and eyes look good.''
